From the studio to your mailbox: here is exactly what happens after you order.

Order received
You get an email confirmation as soon as the payment goes through.

Packed by hand
Every order is assembled, wrapped and stamped by hand in the studio in Canada. Allow 1 to 3 business days.

Dropped in the mail
Parcels leave via Canada Post. Weekend orders go out the following Monday.

On its way to you
Your parcel travels like a real postcard: unhurried, but carefully handled.
Estimated delivery times
Canada
2 to 7 business days after dispatch.
International
10 to 25 business days, depending on customs and the local postal service.
Shipping costs
Shipping is included in the listed price. Journals and apparel ship to Canada only; all other items travel worldwide.
Tracking
Standard envelope mail is not tracked. Larger parcels ship with a tracking number sent to you by email.
Customs & taxes
Any international duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong address or lost parcel
Please double-check your address at checkout. If nothing arrives after the maximum window above, email forsosw@gmail.com and we will reship or refund.
